The Digital Product Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the digital operations team at Absolute by managing the scheduling, quality control, and successful delivery of frontline and catalogue releases to DSPs. The successful candidate will provide essential support to labels, artists, and various internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage metadata approval processes and ensure compliance with platform requirements.
Build and schedule releases in the in-house system, Anthology.
Conduct thorough quality control checks to maintain delivery standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve delivery failures promptly.
Provide support and clear communication to label managers, artists, and internal teams.
Co-manage our in-house smart link tool, Slinky, to support marketing and promotional campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for music.
Experience with digital music delivery systems and metadata requirements is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with music rights management tools (e.g. YouTube Studio) is preferred but not required.
Performance Indicators
Accuracy and timeliness of digital release metadata and scheduling.
Efficient resolution of delivery and quality control issues.
High level of support and satisfaction among label and artist partners.

Office hours are Monday to Thursday 09:30 – 18:00 and on Fridays, we finish at 17:00.
The closing date for applications is October 31st, 2025. Shortlisted candidates will first be invited to a video call interview. Successful applicants from this stage will then be invited to two in-person interviews with members of the wider business, including the Digital Product team.
